High Heat, Low flame temperature, air / gas tips for use on die casting torches and blast tip manifolds. Specifically designed to the die casting industry, these new tips feature: Rugged two piece machined steel construction. High heat output to quickly preheat or clear dies and molds. Fired by low cost natural gas and compressed air. Low flame temperature of 3400 degrees F reduces damage to expensive tool steel dies. The flame pattern spreads the heat over a large area to reduce die damage.
