R-Coat 3000 and R-Coat 3000-G (which contains graphite) are protective coatings that may be applied to ingot molds, sow molds, ladles, thermocouple tubes and other ferrous surfaces to prevent molten metal adhesion at temperature up to 2000F. R-Coat is a water-based mixture blended with a special additive to ensure a bright, smooth coating. Available in one gallon plastic buckets.
